Absolutely incompetent. Made an appointment for 2:00, get there and apparently it was at 10:00 but I know for a fact it was at 2:00, I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment that early because I'm in school. Attorney had already left and I need to call back for an appointment. So I need to waste more of my time for their negligence.
