Julia will get your money, and then not perform. Worst attorney I have dealt with. If you want to lose custody of your children you should hire her, she will take your money and have her legal assistants do the work and charge you her rates. She has to many cases and can not remember what your case is about or what she has told you. If you need to talk to her you better get you call in at least two weeks in advance.

My Husband and I worked with Boyd McPherson and his team, although, I have to note that everyone we came in contact with at the firm was very kind and helpful.

We were impressed with how quickly Boyd was able to help us resolve our legal matter. The communication was wonderful and often answered questions we hadn't even thought of asking, we currently live in a different state so the steady communication was very reassuring.

We are by no means wealthy and had concerns about how we would afford a private attorney, in no way was the service free but we were happy that it was completely affordable and something we could decently budget for.

We highly recommend at least giving them a call. The entire process was far less stressful because of their help.

I retained Julia Craft for services she never performed, whom could never be reached, whose office I had to hound constantly to run down any hope of receiving service. After months of consistent lack of attention to my case, she drastically over charged me for the most minimal of effort from her end. I am still paying off my sudden debt incurred by her, all while I am with a new lawyer who is working on the same legal matters she was initially enlisted to address. Worst product and service I have EVER received. Please go elsewhere.

I would not recommend this firm. We hired Keith Edwards for a legal matter. He could have been honest and told us he couldn’t do what he was retained for. He could have referred us to a more competent attorney in his firm. He didn’t do what he said he would do and wasted precious valuable time with the legal matter at hand. Thankfully we got a full refund that’s how poor the service was.

Rebecca and her assistant Taylor were prompt, professional and thorough in assisting us with the Guardianship of our nephew. Okay though nothing they deal with is joyous

From the front receptionist to my counsel Boyd McPherson (and everyone in between), this firm is an absolute pleasure to work with! If you are looking for someone that will GSD (get "stuff" done) and has your best interest at heart, I highly recommend seeking out their help and trusting them during the process.

Julia Craft and her team of legal aides have given me nothing but great service! She truly takes a personal interest into the case(s). I have a lot to say about this law firm. I know that they are known as one of the best criminal defense law firms in the state, however my family has used them for business litigation services for years. The litigators at the firm are some of the most knowledgeable highly trained in Kansas. I went through a very nasty divorce battle that felt at times like WWIII however Julia Craft made the entire ordeal at least manageable. Just got off the phone with Julia Craft, a supervisor for attorney Rebecca Henry.. NOT HAPPY..! I paid my 1,500.00 retainer fee on Feb 18th for a child custody case to be presented to the courts before school starts. FIVE months later after my retainer fee was diminished down to only 300.00 by phone tag and email traffic (I never made it to court), I dropped my case and fired Rebecca because nothing was getting done without my wife or I constantly following up to see if she was working my case.
Meanwhile during those five months, Rebecca gets married, probably had a fun lil' reception, and a great honeymoon on my hard earned money..

Weeks after requesting to speak with a supervisor, Mrs. Julia Craft called and was very cold and disingenuous.. I barely had time to speak my side of story, she was rude, short, and made excuses for a the lack of representation..

I stated that over the past FIVE MONTHS so much has changed now with my X, she had plenty of time to mask her status and the motion I filed wasn't as accurate or would be harder to argue now.. and she said "looks like you got everything you wanted then doesn't it".. THAT REALLY PI$$ED ME OFF.. AS A MATTER OF FACT, THAT WASN'T WHAT I WANTED. I WANTED TO PROVIDE SAFETY, SECURITY, AND STABILITY IN MY DAUGHTERS LIFE.

I've filled out the paperwork to report their activity to the State of Kansas Office Disciplinary Administrator, Sedgwick County Bar Fee Dispute Committee, and the Kansas Bar Association for stealing my hard earned money and looking to file a case to obtain a refund from small claims court..
