I was kept in touch with most of time, except when I wasn’t contacted about my canceled court appearance after I was sitting there waiting. I got sent wrong paperwork by staff once. After my hearing I was told they would send me my medical records, but never received them after almost 6 months now. Was going to call lawyer and ask, but I didn’t even know his name. They were really great on doing the paperwork that I would’ve had to do. One thing that needs improvement is as soon as my case was approved there was no contact. They got the job done though so they get the 4 stars.

Tommy Adler has been awesome. He got a bond reduction from 50,000 dollars back down to the original bond of 7500. Which from what my bondsman told me is completely unheard of! Usually they cut in half but Tommy Adler got it down to 7500!. He gives you his own cell phone number and responds back to your text messages. (I'm assuming only if your a client) He is a really nice and knowledgeable attorney. He really cares. Thank you so much Tommy!

I came to Tommy Adler after being told by a family that he was the best man for the job. If I could give 0 stars I would, I emailed 3-6-18, called 3-8-18, called again on 3-12-18 for help filing ssdi claim. I explained my issue's. Even divulged my personal info. Was promised a call back. Was told it seemed i had good case for approval, but I have never heard a word from anyone. This seems to imply this firm does not want or need ssdi cases. So called another firm who did call me & was able to get me an appointment within 48 hrs. Found out that due to my age (59) & the extent of all my med problems I will most likely get approved right away. I would suggest that you not promise people a call when you don't really want to help. Bad business practice. People filing disability claims need help, not an empty promise.
UPDATE: the atty I hired was great I was awarded my ssdi in only 3 1/2 months with no problems

I owe my life to this firm, especially to criminal defense attorney, Tommy Adler. When I was 20-21, I got caught in a few terrible situations due to my problems with addiction. Not only did Tommy devise a plan inorder for the legal/court aspects of things to run smoothly, he also genuinely showed concern for me and reassured me that I was worth finding my happiness, worth to live a life free of substances, and NEVER allowed myself to believe that those mistakes were all that defined me (He actually sat down and gave me an EXTREMELY NEEDED INTERVENTION). Being 1500 miles away from my entire family during this time was extremely hard and discouraging. I was also in the process of finishing my Bachelors in Fine Arts; my heart was completely full of angst, fearing I completely ruined my future and career possibilities/opportunities. He was very assuring & confident all would be fine. Sure enough. It went way better then I expected. I got 18 months probation. No jail time also no Interlock. Also kept my license. Wonderful lawyers. Very responsive to an out of state lawyer with an Oklahoma question. They are our go to Oklahoma lawyers, Dan Markoff especially.

I am very happy with their services. I was in a terrible situation and they took the stress out of my hands with my disability case. Very thankful to have had them work my case.

This organization only takes easy money cases and not the more complex ones. So if they tell you they can help you it means you will probably be able to do it on your own. So save yourself the 25% or the 6000 they will take from your back pay.

It's obvious that this team plays a game with people's lives. Initially they were very professional and appeared to care about the situation. The "deal" was reached and it was so imperative to take the deal rather than prove any innocence. I would suggest you take heed to the real reviews and not made up ones. They are paid and entrusted to do a job a lay person has far less comprehension of and if they can't do that job they should be upfront about what they can offer or not take the money. It takes more than 4 years of college to become an attorney and as a lay person you are expected to agree and understand a system that the attorney did not explain. There is no integrity in toying around with someone's life. I would never use this law firm.

This past summer I injured myself at an amusement park while visiting here in the US (I'm Canadian). During a very hard time for my husband and I we hired them to help us out. When we first went in and met with T.E. she made everything sound so simple and was very nice and helped us out. But after we paid them and tried to contact her for questions she would not return our phone calls or emails. We had to call a few times a day and write numerous emails before we finally heard back. When we did she never actually answered our questions. We knew nothing about what was going on and just wanted some help understanding. We never got that. She didn't do things that we asked and when it was all over with said it was to late. She was very short in her emails and her phone calls when she finally did respond like we were wasting her time. Sure we got what we needed done but with the extra stress we received from how she treated us I would go with someone else in a heart beat!! I do not recommend them!! Well at least her!!
