So I will be seeking services with a more ethical law office.

I was not very pleased with Attorney Ayda Kapsales representation of me at the injunction hearing. I felt that Attorney Kapsales was not representing me to the best of her abilities and did not use any proof to have the injunction dismissed even though I had the evidence for her, that my other attorney has provided me with. Attorney Kapsales failed to ask me questions regarding my side of the incident. She went into the court room not well informed about the case. I felt that she did not have much experience on these types of cases. After the case, I wrote a polite letter to Attorney Kapsales inquiring as to her representation and my dissatisfaction but she responded negatively and threatened to get an injunction against me if I contacted her again.
