HORRIBLE experience !!! I got a speeding ticket and took it to the ticket clinic. They charged me 350.00. They said we are going to take care of the ticket, we’ll let you know what happens. Two months later they sent me an email saying ‘court ordered you to pay $1.100 by next month. I called the court and they said there wasn’t a court day yet and that the court day is when these people want me to pay this amount. Basically trying to make 1.500 dollars of me. When I called the attorney that was suppose to go to court for me and represent me he didn’t know what he was talking about !!! So disappointed!!!!!!

Save your money all they’re going to do is request no points off license and you’ll do what ever so now I’ve paid twice what the ticket cost to spend 4 hours In driving school. Was told the ticket should be dismissed this and that. Officer didn’t show up to the first court no one called me I had to call them and they still couldn’t get it dismissed.

I must admit that I am completely unsatisfied with the legal representation I received from the Ticket Clinic. My lawyer Joel told me he felt my DUI would be dropped. Then that all changed. Now I feel I would have got the same outcome without using their services. I cannot drive for a year and have to pay court fines and other fines. I also have to do 75 hours of community service. Dont believe in these guys, they said they will take care of my ticket and i dont have to take court online or attend to driving school,my ticket wast 250 and i had to pay 150 or something for lawyer then I am required to pay 350 for court fee, i am ok with that, but i have to attend in driving shool in person, i cant even do it online, where i live does not have driving school, how am i going to do that. So this is a lession, if you have a ticket, you bêtter pay it then take a driving court online, why should you pay money for lawyer which it half price of a ticket then pay double ticket's price for court fee. P/s they even say money back warrantee but when I called them all they say is bla bla bla, if you read this comment then you know what you should do, sorry for bad grammar

First time ever getting a ticket in Florida. Was told by a friend to call the Ticket Clinic that they can help. I'm so glad I did. My ticket was dismissed. Very happy.

Generally disappointed with The Ticket Clinic. My friends have reportedly had great luck with them, but it wasn't the case for me. My contact there, Heidi Morales, never seemed to understand my simple case or what I was trying to accomplish and needed everything spelled out to her. I assumed the lawyers would be able to put the pieces together and at least have some kind of control in court. However, they did not. My speeding (20 over) and expired registration were not reduced though I was told they likely would be despite no tickets for years and having to supply my out of state driving record. In total, it cost me over $100 for the services and my total fines at the end were only down $5. I'm sure they would argue that I didn't get any points on my license though I told Heidi I wasn't concerned about points as I'm historically a safe driver and the extra 3 points wouldn't effect my insurance. Next time I'll rep myself again and get the same deal they got me, again.
