Called Adam after an unfortunate incident where I was questionably arrested and charged. With no prior arrest or criminal record, I was unsure how to proceed. Adam explained options to me and we proceeded to pursue that the charges be dropped. Ultimately, the case was dropped by the Assistant DA and then I retained Adam to “seal” the records. It was a difficult experience, having no criminal history or prior arrests, and the length if time that it took to resolve seemed excessive to me, but everything unfolded as Adam said it would, based on two possible scenarios. Adam is experienced, knowledgeable, competent and personable. I highly recommend him and appreciate the guidance and assistance he provided me.
