Man I can't say enough how great this experience was! I was pretty nervous acting on impulse calling them but I paid the next day and super happy I did! James is the man! What a guy! He handled everything for me without ever meeting me or knowing me. Showed up to court on my behalf since I live in VA and this case is from 4 yes ago! And got me the best possible results! Just a nice guy, you can hear it in his voice! They were timely with information and very clear and easy to understand! And James worked an hour and a half over the retaining fee limit and did not charge! Thanks again y'all! :)

Cant even manage an appointment book. Waited 3 weeks for a consult, it gets reschuled but to a time that i made well aware that I cannot do. Informed them of this and never heard anything back, then i get a reminder email to show up for an appointment. This is an issue i need help with now, not something i can waste a month just to get screwed around with bad appointment scheduling.

I see the "owner" responded but is missing the point of my complaint. The person I have been dealing with to do the scheduling is completely incompetent.

Very wonderful customer service! Great people who work here they always returned phone calls or emails. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs help they will help you to the fullest of there ability.

I am still working with James Barber on my case, which pertains to money that was stolen from me and I'm having a hard time collecting. He has been very helpful and reasonable with pricing. He is willing to answer questions and doesnt nickle and dime me. Honestly I feel like he has my best interests at heart instead of seeing me as a dollar sign. I wouldn't say he's cheap either, Haha, but he will work with your circumstances at a case by case basis.

All that being said, I truly believe he is a professional and knows the law. I dont question that he will and has handled my case with all the facts in mind. So the trust is there and the prices are fair. As it stands, he is officially my legal counsel for future issues as well. I doubt I could trust someone else in the field after the relationship I built with this firm.

So, thank you James and Lauri for all you've done and for your positive energy. You've really kept me from falling apart in all this mess. <3
