Lost a case where my ex moved to another city with my two daughters without any court approval. She enrolled them in a third school without my consent. I submitted emails and text messages months prior to the trial but none were used for exhibits. Now my daughters are going to a garbage school hours away and living with my ex wife's felon boyfriend who was previously arrested for murder and selling narcotics. To be fair, the judge was completely biased for the "mom" in the case. I'm not sure why that is the case given all of the history we provided the lawyer.

I would not recommend this firm and more specifically Jennifer Knies. She was our CFI and it was the most awful experience we've ever had. She was not interested in facts or finding the truth. She did not give our family a chance, she only catered to the other party who paid for her services and who had a lawyer. Ms. Knies lied in her official report, made huge, peraonal assumptions about our family and it devastated us. She was not fair or unbiased as she was supposed to be. I do not trust this law firm, and would never encourage anyone to use them. Extremely unprofessional and her poor judgement had lasting effects on our kids and our family.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Kelly McPherson took time to understand my issues and thoughtfully and thoroughly planned for my trial. At trial, she was responsive to the witnesses and testimony and was able to adjust her approach to make sure that the judge heard us. She’s a natural in the courtroom.

Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star to even leave a review, but in all honesty, I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone! Run! Stay away! By the time your case is over, Kelly will be working for your ex while you fit the bill! We probably spent double on this case because the psycho ex refused to participate or cooperate in any way! Should have been a slam dunk of a case, right?! Nah, not when you have Kelly working for your ex! She couldn't even get us awarded reimbursement for all the extra fees we paid, and even charged us $400 MORE at the end of the case because the psycho didn't cooperate yet again!! She advised us poorly on what to do during the case, which is why I feel that we had a less than desirable outcome. She spoke often to the psycho and at one point advised her NOT to provide her income information because she would have to pay more child support. How nice of her! I really feel like we spent over $15,000 just to bend over and take it. I wouldn't mind all the money spent, or even losing the case, had I truly felt that at the end, she was sincerely doing what was best for us. But it absolutely did not appear that way. Good luck to you if you decide to go this route. You're gonna need it.

Jenni Helland has been my attorney for the last year, and will most likely be on retainer for the foreseeable future. What an amazingly talented group of staff and attorneys! It's hard to believe they only opened the doors a few months ago. The firm is already running smoothly and professionally like they've been serving the community for years!

I had the privilege to work with the entire team while planning their Open House. During the Open House I overheard many conversations between seasoned attorneys and professionals who were thoroughly impressed with the firm itself and the work they are doing. They cancelled our appointment AFTER we paid prior to our scheduled time, are trying to fall back on informarion supposedly contained in some mystery invoice they claim to have sent out via email that neither myself nor my wife has received (in either inbox or spam file), cannot provide a date and time they sent it out on, rescheduled the consult and told my wife they would call her on the day of the consult as we live out of state (which i even had her double check that because that sounded fishy to begin with) and then turn around say "oh you were supposed to call".
I do not recommend these people at all. I hope, for their client's sake, their moral and ethical practice of law surpasses their business ethics but I do not know. We still have not received our consult as the last I heard from their office manager about a refund was that she would "discuss it with the attorney and let me know".

What an amazing firm to work with. I was hired to stand up the Technology/Comms for this new Law Firm. As you might imagine, that required close and detailed engagement with every person in this Firm. The Law partners are professional, kind and a pleasure to work with. The staff was equally impressive and kind.

I focus on kind, as they are dealing with clients going through very tough times in their lives. In the many hours/days I was there onsite i heard amazing empathy and kindness. I saw and heard tears and angst of clients turned to smiles and hope for a better tomorrow.
