What more can I add? I can also add that I like them very much. I always felt that I was important to them not only because I hired them but because I was a person who needed there help and expertise.
I am very grateful and satisified with the results that Rector Law Firm secured for me. I can with total confidence recommed this firm.
Thank you Dan, Terry, Carrie and Kay

I was thrown from a horse and suffered severe foot injuries and nearly broke my neck. The horse I was put on was having severe behavioral problems that day which the wranglers were aware of, but ignored. Their negligence put them at fault for the accident.
I had two ER visits, months of recovery from 6 fractures in my foot and ankle, etc. It was quite the ordeal. After being contacted by an insurance adjuster with a settlement offer, I reached out to Rector for advice. I spoke with Carrie Bush, Rector's paralegal and she described how the claims process worked.
I ended up negotiating and settling on my own without Rector needing to jump in, after learning how the negotiation process works. Carrie helped give me a ballpark idea of what a claim like this was worth, so I didn't foolishly accept the lowball offer the insurance company first made, or didn't accept an offer so low I couldn't reimburse my insurance or cover future medical bills, for instance. 4 offers later, and nearly quadruple the original offer, and I had a reasonable settlement at that point so I could avoid a lawsuit.
If you're not an experienced negotiator, you really should hire an attorney who has that experience. Otherwise it's you vs a claims adjuster who does this every day, and it's very easy to be taken advantage of. Not to mention the time and work involved in reaching a settlement. Attorneys level the playing field, and for all the bad rep they get, they're a godsend when dealing with tough insurance adjusters who can be just as bad if not worse than the "ambulance chasing" lawyers people mock. You won't find those here, fortunately.
I never worked with Rector's attorneys outside of Mr. Stuzynski who helped answer a few questions. He explained the pros and cons of getting an attorney involved, and since I was 90% of the way there, it ultimately wasn't needed. I was never pressured into signing up for anything, and it was clear they wouldn't push me into a position that would be bad for me, even if it's profitable for them. That's the kind of ethics you want in a lawyer and law firm.
They helped educate me, but didn't bill me. I did stop by the office recently with flowers for Carrie as a well-deserved Thank You for her guidance. What a wonderful team here. No aggressive sales tactics, no dishonorable, underhanded or dishonest conduct. And they're quick to respond. This place is just overall well-run with great people.
I hope to never be injured like this again, but if myself or someone I know needs an attorney, Rector is where I would tell them to go. Ask for Carrie.
In my personal injury case, I had retained, unwittingly, a procrastinating attorney, who had what appeared to be an apathetic approach to his work. He would always put off until later what should otherwise be done today. And my case dragged on for what seemed like forever.
In the end, this lawyer filed my case too late – missing the Statute of Limitations by almost a year.
But just when I thought all hope was lost, Rector Law Firm stepped in and took over. Man, I’m so lucky to have found them! Not only did they broker a generous malpractice settlement, but they did so expeditiously.
In general, they don't even take on legal malpractice cases, but they made an exception for me.
What's so impressive about Rector Law Firm is not just that it has a well-established presence in the community, or that its attorneys are skilled, knowledgeable, experienced and wise. But it's also because of their uncompromising adherence to long-held legal and ethical principles.
Additionally and very importantly, they service their clients well. If a meeting is ever necessary, they'll work around your schedule. And I never had to wonder what was going on because either Carrie or one of the attorneys (Michael or Terry) would always be calling to keep me apprised of how my case was progressing. Invaluable! You can't even put a price on that.
Seriously, if you want to avoid the empty promises of TV lawyers and you're looking for a solid, trustworthy, respectable firm that will go to bat for you and get the job done, then you'd be well advised to call Rector Law Firm.
I highly recommend them. You'll be glad you chose Rector Law Firm.
All agree that The Rector Law Firm has obtained justice for our very challenging situation. We highly recommend this group of admirable folks!
Fortunately, my friend, who had personal experience with this firm, nudged me into contacting Rector.
I was not disappointed. Within 24 hours of sending an online consult request form, Carrie Bush, paralegal, contacted me.
During our first phone call, she quickly assessed the situation and gave me a wealth of extremely helpful guidance on how to move forward.
Keep in mind, there was no fee attached to her time! She encouraged me to pursue this on my own, but said that I could contact her with questions.
I've never encountered such personal care from a law firm before. Go figure!
If this is the kind of service I can get for free, I would not hesitate to recommend Rector to everyone I know.
Customer Service is not dead, not at Rector.

Rector law firm served me well, was extremely caring, and helped me immensely. Highly recommended!
I have to thank Carrie for working with all of the doctors, insurances companies and many others while working with us to resolve this case. It's not an easy job, but Carrie sure makes it look that way.
Any time I wanted to speak directly with Mr. Rector, Carrie would put me through if he's in the office and he's not in the office he calls me as soon as he's available. He is a very compassionate and respectful man and I would recommend him to anyone who need a fantastic attorney.
Terry Rector and his excellent legal staff helped my family and I recover from a catastrophic car accident. They fought the insurance companies and ensured every detail of my case was taken care of the right way. I would recommend The Rector Law firm to anyone who has been in an accident and needs help dealing with the greedy insurance companies. Thank you so much!!
