If there is more than 5 star rating to rate Ms. Jennifer Wilkens I would definitely give her the most highest rating ever!!!! 5 star is not good enough with everything she have done for my U.S. Citizenship status. She is very professional, very smart woman and very knowledgeable with her field, very friendly, understands the situation of her client and willing to go extra mile to help her client out. Excellent professional service. She responds all the time to my email, phone calls and messages if I have some concerns. We started my citizenship filing August last year and got my Oath seminar just this last month ( Dec. 2019 ) it only took 4 months !!!! and I am finally a U.S. Citizen!! I came to know Jennifer Wilkins as the legal assistant of my immigration lawyer. She initially processed the paperwork for my citizenship application. In my dealings with her, she was very professional, and always responded to my questions by phone or email in a prompt manner. She also forwarded my files to another immigration office when I moved to another state. The wait for my interview took over a year, but she continued to keep me posted with updates. When I finally received my interview appointment, I had quite a number of questions relating to my particular case. Jennifer's previous employer, who was my immigration lawyer, did not respond to my calls and emails, so I contacted Jennifer, who had started her own practice by this time. She continued to assist me without hesitation. Her responses to my questions were thoroughly researched, and she was able to guide me through the interview process. Eventually my immigration lawyer did respond to me, but his responses did not address the detailed questions that I had.
Jennifer assisted me out of the kindness of her heart, and there was no financial gain for her, since I was not her client. I believe she is a superb lawyer with high ethical values. When I needed help, she was there to provide it.
