Collin Earl represented my company and my employee when someone T-boned our carpet cleaning van.
Our expensive carpet cleaning unit was destroyed. The van was totaled and our employee was badly injured. The at fault driver had the minimum insurance allowed by law and their insurance company tried to lowball us.

Most stressful and worst experience with a firm. I was t-boned in 2018 and I just got my check this year. My case manager XYZ told me the ambulance that took me didn’t have my file. I called them directly and they said they did.. so I’m not sure if she was even trying because I gave her the info... I was very patient with her because maybe they were understaffed or had a lot of cases going on.. Turns out she left and I had to find out coming in directly to the office. Going to school and working was extremely stressful because I had to pay 2 grand for medical bills, because my insurance didn’t cover it all. I pay out of pocket for school and pay bills. The check I received from the firm was only a grand more than what the insurance offered me. I had a bruised liver and a broken rib that will never be the same. Totaled car. I came in directly months ago because I was tired and was over with it. They were nice and apologetic and handled it right away. Erin was great on updating me and contacting me. She was great. But overall the whole ordeal was just anxiety. I mean what was the point of suing if I was going to get the same amount... and since 2018... I should have had just accepted the offer initially from the insurance company.

Earl & Earl were an amazing firm to work with. I met with them after my buddy and myself had a severe accident on I-25 where I was ejected from the vehicle.
