I do not recommend. I ended up in a worst situation.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not waste your time or money paying for services you will never receive and billed extra for mistakes their office makes. I never got my custody order from her office after paying $4000 up front. I went in person to the county clerks to pay to have it printed. She didn't write up my order per the agreement in court and is now unable to right her wrongs! I represented myself better with the assistance of the AG the first time I went to court than I got with her horrible representation! After addressing that she was the problem she is now telling me that I must rehire her to do the job I already paid her $4000 up front and in full. On 3/20/2018 I filed a grievance complaint to the State Bar of Texas, which was accepted and pending at this time.

Cristal knows what she is doing and she will represent you well. She welcomes clients that other attorneys may not want to take on for personal or religious reasons. She is active in the Community and supportive of all of us.

If I could withold the one star I would. Don't waste your time or money on Cristal Robinson. She tooka $5000 retainer made an appearance and motion to withdraw. She took our legal case without mentioning her having to relocate to another state. We filed a grievance on her for not returning our retainer balance and an investigation was opened. We've spoke with an investigator with The State Bar griveance process and they have been unsucessful in locating her through the address they had on file. But I noticed she's had other grievances filed in the past and responded that she welcomed giving her side of the story to improve her business. I find that ironic that she looks forward to facing the grievance committee giving her lack of integrity she used taking advantage of our situation. I would not recommend her if you are looking for a quality attorney. She is not a competent attorney ,and can be dishonest and untrustworthy to her clients as she has proven in the past.
