I would highly recommend Heuser and heuser, Mr. Price was great and helped me out with all my issues. This process was easy to understand thanks to the team being very helpful.

They have my case still...but I wish they didn't, thus the reason I have to post with an alias. The head Paralegal is so fake and insincere. She lies to clients so I can imagine she lies to the attorneys too. Also they might want to remind her she is not an Attorney. This was confirmed by hearing a few employees talking, they were not subtle about her manipulation of which cases are "important". I guess mine isn't. Seems she is not truthful to them either and everyone at the firm is miserable. You can find better places to handle your case, ones that don't have such questionable ethics.

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Patrick Salt and the legal team that helped me through my accident. Location was a little difficult to find. Parking around back and free, but not a big area; usually only a couple open spots. Building is nice. Tiny elevator. Office is clean, friendly staff.

I got hurt on the job seriously and was told things would go good, left me with no medical treatment left me with two months of backup bills, nearly lost my home, and had to go back to work with the injuries to pay my bills. Unless it’s in there best befits they will waste your time and leave you broken. Nothing for them leaves you nowhere. I recommend a attorney that can get the right fight for the right job and at least get you a doctor NOT leave you hanging.

I worked with Doug Price after being in a nasty car accident last year. I am so glad my coworker convinced me to hire an attorney. They were great at keeping in touch and it was so great that they handled the settlement since I was 4mos pregnant during my accident. I was in a terrible crash and Heuser and Heuser made the process of working with multiple insurance companies easy and hassle free. I recommend them to anyone that needs help working through the gambit of insurance bills, medical bills and, the various companies involved.

My niece was seeking an appointment for a consultation. At first they scheduled the appointment and then without any explanation sent her a letter stating that they could not help her and cancelled her appointment. Some one else from their office called a couple of days later asking why she had not shown up for her consultation, when she explained that his office cancelled the consultation, he knew nothing about it. He told her he would look into it and get back to her. He never did. Instead she got a 2nd notice stating that they could not help her and they sent it certified mail. No one every explained why they couldn't help her, and why they felt the need to send the information via certified mail is still a mystery. In the meantime my niece is left with thousands of dollars in medical expenses following an accident at her work and now she is having to start her search process for an attorney all over again. I think Heuser and Heuser could have at minimum offered an explanation.

So I was hurt on the job. And i thought i didnt need a lawyer. I thought I was going to be fine. But a friend convinced me to get a lawyer and I did. And if I had not received a lawyer I would have not been taken care of so well.
Heuser & Heuser took my cause it was just about 3 years to get it settled . But they explained everything to me and made sure I was getting what I needed .and even though it was a long process I walked away better then befor . They always called me after doctor appointments and where very fast on getting me information so I could make a discussion.
