My experience with New Mexico and custody attorney firm was horrible and I will explain! I have a very strong case and I've been charged almost $15,000 with no results!!! after 4 month of unnecessary Court motions, communicating with opposing counsel that cost me a fortune still with no results or success to move the case forward for a true results and extremely damaged my pocket while their "motto" is to resolve the situation and try to settle!
Long story short I have a new attorney that have made tremendous results in 2 weeks and I still have money left on the retainer, it is important to know which attorney to choose and to apply to right steps according to law!

These people are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone who has to go through a divorce. I live in Florida and my attorney here referred them to me. That is the only productive thing he accomplished. They give good advice and have reasonable fees.

I have found the NM Divorce Custody staff to be excellent during my interactions with them. From intake to in-process, from individual meetings to larger group meetings, they have always been organized, helpful, and courteous. I believe that the legal counsel I have received has been sound, and I have already recommended NMDCL to a friend in a similar circumstance. Cost is what you would expect, but I don't feel as though my money is being wasted - I know that can't be said of all attorneys, but here I feel as though I have gotten what I paid for at every step.

I am unable to give a 0 but I would if I could. If you are taking an abusive individual to court get another lawyer because these people are abusive as well and take your money. They don't fight like they should. They just follow the steps needed to get their money. Family court here in Albuquerque is all about money. Do some research. It is ridiculous.
