I’ve never written a review for anything before but would like to highly recommended Legal Solutions of New Mexico to anyone looking for legal representation. Mckenzie represented me in a child custody case and she was fantastic. It really seemed like she cared and she went over and beyond to help us in our case. My brother had a legal issue in NM. My husband is a criminal attorney in Miami and we searched for an attorney to give us some legal advice in NM. We found attorney Carlos Martinez. First impressions are everything, so when Kim answered the phone with her friendly vibe and professionalism, it was my first clue that we found the right firm. Then attorney Carlos Martinez called back within an hour and spent an hour on the phone with both my brother and I explaining the legal recourse he had. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at his candor and willingness to provide accurate and matter of fact honesty that I just had to call him back and thank him and his assistant. I am happy that this firm has truly restored my faith in humanity and I was beyond pleased with his advice. My advice is that if your in need of an amazing honest and matter of fact attorney then look no further this firm has it all. This is truly the firm that should be the standard for how other firms operate. Thank you again for your advice and thank you for being amazing people it truly is refreshing.

Do NOT hire this attorney. He did NOT file any paper work in the court system after i paid himAND he did not show up to my court case. I made a phone call to the office of Carlos Martinez one month prior to the court appearance and spoke with the secretary Kim, advising of the court appearance. I was left standing alone with no representation. After my court appearance and feeling humiliated, i called Carlos to ask what happen. Kim the secretary told me he was about to step into appointment and could NOT speak with me. 3 minutes later i got a call from Kim and she states your check is ready for pick up. He did not give a explanation. This is immature and unprofessional.

McKenzie and Mr martinez are amazing. They have helped me so much. Needless to say my case when they took over was a mess in another mess. They assisted me with my divorce and got me successfully divorced. They have assited me with a kinship guardianship battle and with custody battle as well they are awesome! I want to mention that I had been going on about two years when they took over and got me results and turned the case towards the right direction they were able to help me correct the mess that was a result of choosing a bad lawyer to begin with. Anyways they are excellent and honest people. Most importantly they tell you how it is. They tell you and explain to you everything you need to know, specially since things that involve court are scary and very confusing but if you are looking for divorce, family matter and custody issues they are the to go people for sure. I Cant thank them enough for all they do.
