This is the WORST attorneys office we have ever dealt with in New Mexico. The actors in the commercials are obviously paid to lie about how “wonderful” this firm is.

Martha, the attorney who was assigned to our case spoke with my S.O. maybe twice in the year it took to settle our case for a measly $7300, which we could have negotiated ourselves. She never asked about pain and suffering, potential future medical expenses, loss of income or inability to return to work, physical and emotional trauma, or loss of enjoyment of life.

Dolores, her assistant, did not return my S.O.’s calls and stopped returning mine after I called in as a new client to get through to her.

I called again this afternoon and told the male receptionist I wanted to speak to whoever cuts the checks to their clients as Dolores was not returning our calls and he put me on eternal hold.

We will NEVER recommend this firm to anyone! We will be making a complaint to the attorney generals office.
