Donna is one of the worst humans I have ever had the misfortune of talking to.

Let me tell you from personal experience that this is by far the worst Law Firm you can go to for any employment-related issues in the Colorado Springs area at least.. I came to them with a strong case and I had to speak to this paralegal named Jill or Julie or whatever she had absolutely no idea what she was doing and to be honest from the first minute I was in there if felt as if she was working for the corporation I was trying to settle a severance. Do not be naive, Dellolio&cornish does not care about you or your family. This law firm is in cahoots with the big companies so that they make money together. They will not get you anything unless it's a clear cut dry and an easy case that you could probably win yourself. If you decide to go with this firm even if you have a case and they tell you they can win they will not get you what you deserve first of all and second of all they will take a huge cut and third of all they're just going to be taking advantage of you and your case and they couldn't care a cent about you that is the fact of this Dellolio&Cornish 'law' Firm. Do not believe the other review says they are very biased who knows where these reviews came from -a couple people that won some money with an easy case? Do not trust this Law Firm. Do not waste your $200 of consultation money at this firm take my word for it they will not do anything to help you they will take your money and then kick you out like they did me.. I was excited going in here hoping to get some justice from my former employer and they stuck me with some paralegal who acted like the cockiest, most selfish, close minded joke I've ever witnessed and i would TESTIFY to that and I've met plenty of attorneys. But this Law Firm is either very incompetent or very very corrupt. Honestly it's difficult which way to lean because you want to believe they're just incompetent and that theyre good people but their lawyers, they ARE NOT. These scam artist know what they're doing and they're out to scam you. STAY far far away from these people they are ungodly people, forget about these 'attorneys', as that would be a compliment for these scam artists.. They make mob attorneys look like Saints. Once again if you need someone to step up for you and fight for you these ARE NOT the people they just want your money and they will kick you out literally like they did me no good reason. And if you have a solid case that you know about do not let these people take it. They will not get to your full money's-worth they will collude with the companies you're suing and that way they will make more money behind doors and you won't know any better when they have that dark smirk on their face as they smile to you. I will keep spreading the word about how evil these people are they do not deserve to be in business and I'm going to file formal complaint with the BAR. They will be disbarred once day we just have to stick together and not be used and abused by crooked, corrupt, petty thieves.
* an update just to be fair on my very thorough review. They did agree to refund my $200 consultation at the very least. They wouldn't stand up for me but at least they didn't steal from me so I have to give them that credit

More than anything I appreciated her ability to negotiate for a win/win and avoid a court case. She is an expert negotiator and I believe that she advised me correctly in getting a speedy resolution to my issue. I highly recommend her and her team! I highly recommend Donna and her team to help anyone with a labor dispute. We were part of a class action lawsuit going against a career college that had 17 schools nationwide. Donna was professional, moral and showed the true passion it takes to be successful in her field.
Even though we did not win our suit, the judge in open court basically told the corporate executives on trail that they were deceptive and slimmy! OK, maybe not in those exact words, but to us that is exactly what it sounded like. They hid behind one case law that the judge could not overlook. It did though take the judge a full month to make his final decision and in my heart I know he was thinking hard about ruling against the previous case law.
Karma got the best of them as less than a year later they had to shut their doors down and close up shop. I know Donna played a small part in making that happen.
