I dont recommend Daniel Shaffer as a lawyer because he is hard to communicate with. No consideration at all, he will say "I dont work for charity" all he wants is your payment. We paid him $4500 and didn't even do any progress in my husband's case. Does not even visit his client as he schedules them to visit. He is not professional, just withdraws my husband's case through filing a motion all of a sudden and he knows he has pre-trial and trial scheduled. Not a good counsel to deal with.

Dan is definitely the man. He helped my fiancée during a rough case. Dan was his second lawyer after the first one couldn’t make any progress. He stepped in for a very reasonable price and wouldn’t take no for an answer from anyone. He made very significant progress with the case within 2 weeks.
