I have used the Soignier Law Firm for several reasons. The first was to set up a family trust, which we had to do in a short amount of time, and Amos completed the paperwork in short order, making us more comfortable while traveling overseas. After changes in our extended family, Amos again completed changes in the Trust with minimal effort. We recently engaged his firm in a personal injury case and found him informative and responsive to our needs and concerns. I would not have a problem referring friends or family to him for assistance.

Stay away from this law firm at all costs. I made the mistake in hiring Amos to file a probate for me and giving him a large retainer. It took him several weeks to file to Application and when he did it was all wrong. I found out he received notice from the court telling him all docs had to be amended. He did not send any copies to the parties, including me. He did not sent out the letter that should've have gone out and lied to me about it being in the mail. It is close to two months since I hired him and he has done nothing, except numerous errors and actually setting this probate behind and making it worse. I have never seen any billing statement showing me where my retainer has gone and even after I fired him, he still is holding up this probate, as he refuses to file a withdraw from the case and I cannot file anything, i.e., the amended papers, until he does. Nor have I received my file back. The only alternative I have is to file a complaint with the Colorado Bar, as well as the district court. As I said, stay away, run far from this firm. IN REPLY TO SOIGNIER'S RESPONSE -- I did call and send emails, never received any response.
