I have never in my life been treated so badly in an office setting or business. My husband is a client and we have been waiting over a year to put a bad situation behind us. We were traveling over 800 miles to be at trial, and wanted to speak with Brian. Unfortunately he was at trial. We were told by his partner that he would be back around 9 am to come back and he should soon return. So we took care of a few things and came back a little after 9 maybe 9:05 or so. He was not there so we waited in the hallway and the sweet receptionist asked us to come inside and sit on the couch to wait. We did just that. The partner lady came inside and asked us to leave in a very rude tone. She said obviously he isn’t her so you need to leave and wait somewhere else and told us to basically get out of her office. We were asked to return and asked to sit and wait. We have already paid this firm and this is how they treat people. That is extremely rude. I have never felt so insulted. When my husband asked when would be a better time and was trying to explain his reason he would like to wait seeing his hearing is in a few hours she told him she didn’t want to hear about all his baggage. I highly recommend using someone who can treat their clients with common curtesy and basic human respect.

Mr Schowalter is an excellent Attorney. I hired him in 2015 to represent me in my case defense. He is an attentive, concientious, detailed and deliberate professional who, in my opinion, clearly had my best interests in mind when evaluating my case, preparing our defense and then defending me in a Court of Law. I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending him to anyone looking for an experienced and accomplished attorney with his detailed specific legal expertise. He assisted me greatly in navigating the legal system and receiving my best best possible outcome! Thank you, Brian!
