He filed fictitious emergency orders, tells his clients to videotape, record and manipulate text to use in court for his ultimate goal of ex parte emergency orders to win favor for whomever he is representing no matter true or false. It doesn’t matter as he gets what he wants in the moment. That means your ex won’t get to speak or talk to your children in Coconino county for at least seven weeks-as long as it takes to get a court date there. This gives him motive and leverage to keep the kids with his client.
Despite a DCS substantiated child abuse- his client, whom brutally beat an adopted child, he continually defended him, then despite the Order of protection in place and substantiated, the abuser started beating his younger sister; Ben Deguire STILL defended his client despite another Orde of protection and picture of repeated physical abuse, DCS open case (again) and open police investigation!
