I am one who normally doesn't write reviews, but if it wasn't for Mark Rubinstein I wouldn't be in the good position that I am in today. I was falsely arrested when I was vacationing in Colorado. This was my first arrest in my life and obviously I was pretty traumatized by the ordeal. Mark, in his professional wisdom, was not only able to get the charges dropped, but was also able to get my record sealed. I waited several months to write this review to see how my life turned around for the better. Mark was readily available and moved quickly to rectify my situation after my family contacted him. I will one day return to Gunnison to shake his hand and give him the biggest hug a friend could give.

Waste of money! Unless your case is going to trial (he would make a lot more money) look elsewhere for legal counsel!! Upon further advice from the district judge, my case was more than eligible for dismissal however Mr.Rubistein overlooked many of the common procedural steps that could have been grounds for dismissal. Not only did he forget who I was on numerous occasions, he also relied on my immediate memory for crucial information on the case that any prudent lawyer would have already known! Sitting In for all of his preceding cases for the day, money talks in terms of effort and $2k will only get you a plea deal! He knows the D.A. and the judges, THATS ALL YOU'RE PAYING FOR!
