Lani Esteban is a fraud. She committed wire fraud and stole our money. She has lost her License to practice in Nevada and Hawaii for ripping me and other people off. She took $4500.00 from us then led us on for over six months. Do your research on attorneys. Just look this one up she's all over the net with Supreme Court in Nevada and Hawaii. File a complaint with your state bar against this woman if she has committed fraud against you too, she needs to be stopped and jailed. Attorneys should not be above the law and aloud to just steal people's money and get away with it. Notify your states attorney General also.

Lani is great, she wile go the extra mile for you and get the job done.

I've had the best experience with with Lani. She will go to battle for you! She puts her heart and soul into her beliefs and standing by your side 110 percent. I would never trust anyone to fight a battle without her! I can't thank her enough for the time she puts into every detail. She's honest and gets to the bottom of things !

Lani is super thorough and gets straight to the point. She is also very understanding. During my whole process I had to travel out of town to see an endometriosis specialist and her and her team worked with my schedule.

I hired Lani in early 2016 when I was wrongfully terminated at my job. I spent most of my last paycheck for her services in writing a demand and monetary letter. I found myself having to ask for updates because they were hardly given to me. I feel like she did not fight for me AT ALL. They ended up just closing my case due to no response from my previous employer after the monetary demand letter. They told me that I would need to file with EEOC and that they could help me...if I paid more money. I decided to cut my losses and do it myself. The EEOC just found in my favor and I am now looking for another attorney. Had they stuck by me and didn't make me feel like I was just another $700+ paycheck, they would be making money right now with my settlement. I'm learning to take more time looking at attorneys this time around.

I paid for the initial consultation. I was lead to believe (or not properly informed) that a letter would resolve the situation. My two subsequent visits were rushed with a pat on my back without any questions answered. Really? I drove 40 minutes on my lunch break for a pat on the back? I am sure I was charged for that. You have to understand I was emotionally drained. I did not need my pocket drained as well. When it was all said and done I paid over $2,000 for a letter that yielded no results. Of course for a further retainer, we could take the next step, I was never told there was potentially another retainer needed for a more involved process. A complete waste of time and money for me. If Lani was not in such a hurry to pick up her kids and running late for my appointment, then maybe she could have given me all the information to make an informed decision. However, if I would have known there was another retainer/second step, maybe I would not have taken the first step and paid the first retainer. Make sure you fully understand what she will do, what the potential results will be, the likely outcome .and if there are more retainers in your future. The worst part is I did not succeed in seeking justice in the matter, and that still hurts today. The staff was nice and helpful though.

I'm actually very disappointed. I was referred to Lani by lawyer referral program yesterday. I called early in morning to set up an appointment and was told they were booked. That's completely understandable. So they set me up with an appointment at 1pm today. I arrive early to fill out my paperwork and shes running late t 1:25pm. Assistant tells me at that time she's gonna be running late ANOTHER 20mins. I express my dissatisfaction. The assistant then comes back again to say Lani will give me my refund back or talk to me on the phone. I specifically expressed the day before I wanted a face to face consultation. I now have wasted and LOST 2 DAYS from waiting on her to meet me. Thanks for the refund but can you refund the 2 days I lost waiting to see you? Bad business.

After I paid for the initial consultation, she literally devoted less than two minutes to me before she told me I had no case. I tried to show her the paperwork I brought, but she wouldn't look at it. In my opinion, she does not give you an adequate review and does not devote the time necessary to do what is minimally required.

I had this attorney last year and she actually took a case that she doesn't even specialize. So she told us she has done it before and then took my money and told me just to plead guilty. Without even defending me at all. After all the requirements were completed, came back to her per courts clerk office to withdraw the case because she was my attorney. Spoke with her on the phone where she was totally rude. I am positive she is only nice to clients on where she really is gonna make some big money. If your a small Joe, she wont even give you any respect at all. She'll just take your money.

Came in early for consultation. Brought all paperwork needed filled out their paperwork but never met with attorney. I walked out because the previous appointment got to meet on my scheduled time and their machine couldn't process anyone's credit card. Nice secretary but terrible experience. Hope she's great in court but they wasted my time. Wouldn't recommend.

She took my money up front and then was rude as hell. She appeared to not care about my situation and seemed to only be concerned about my money for the consultation! Please find someone else!

RUN AWAY from this place. Do NOT waste your money or time here. I made an appointment for $100 consultation fee only to get yelled by her for not hiring her and she even made illusions how I could lose my job if I did not hire her. No one should be treated how she treated me, let alone the fact that I was her prospective client. I went to get legal advise and my legal rights, but she would not discuss any legal views, only answered questions with "yes" or "no". She wanted to do everything to make money, including negotiating with HR. She's paranoid about clients going on own and losing her business. I called a different lawyer who charges little more, but I felt a LOT better. He even gave free advice. RUN AWAY from this lady as FAST as you can.

Went for a consultation and was treated horribly. The condescending and arrogant woman would not answer ANY of my questions, only stated that if I wanted to hire them I would have to give them a $15,000 retainer. this wasn't a "consultation," it was like a shakedown for money! After I told her that I wasn't interested in suing, she turns her back to me and begins typing on her computer! Rude, arrogant and condescending, save yourself the trouble and stress, go ANYWHERE ELSE!

The experience this office has with divorce is terrible. The attorney will quote you a retainer fee then the legal assistant will request a higher amount. They will use your money and time to get you to succumb to an agreement rather than create a case for you in front of the judge. If you are certain you want an attorney to represent you, find another one. As a client they will convinced you that they can help you and in the end you will end up in debt and in the court room where their experience truly lacks. Not only do they show up unprepared for a defense but in my instance they did not reference any laws, cases or pressure the other party to justify why they deserved more than I had already agreed. It was a shoot from the hip style of defense. Even at my request several occasions to build a case the attorney continued to get me to settle (even after a going to court retainer fee). Save your time and money, don't hire this attorney for a divorce. Several legal experts I've spoken to about the results of my case and the debt I incurred as a result said I was unjustly represented.
