I was approved withing 90 days from submitting my initial application for disability benefits when working with my case manager Jeffrey. I've since recommended a family member and a friend to this office who tell me its under new management and Jeffrey is no longer a case worker. Both people I've recommended have had nothing but complaints ranging from leaving multiple message requesting a returned call to complete disrespect when asking simple questions regarding case status (This was never an issue when I was working with them). They have both withdrew from this office after working with case manager Elizabeth and I will not recommend this office to anymore family or friends.

Amazed this great staff of people were able to help my daughter and me, being that she had multiple seizures occurring frequently & diabetes getting in her way..they were able to help us start our application and took us onboard to a smooth flight. All it really took was patience for me and little Jamie but I was grateful cause she cannot do much sometimes with her conditions and we were lost. I wish I had come here sooner since they can help Children too, but better late than never :)
