Would not recommend to anyone. Barbara is very rude and unprofessional. Treats staff very bad, very sad to see. If I could go back would definitely choose someone else to help with my record sealing.

Please don’t even waste your time. I have a case that was out of state sent them all the required paperwork and a money order and they claimed they lost all my paperwork and money order. So I basically paid them for no reason. Do not waste your money or time they don’t ever get back to people and TOOK MY MONEY!!

Please don't waste your time or money, very unprofessional! I should of done my homework first, this company has four complaints with the Better Business Bureau, a F rating and all complaints are unanswered, found this out after I payed them! And this is why i never recieved the service I paid for and was promised. I had to demand a refund after 3 months of absolutely nothing being done. First she lost my file, and instead of trying to fix it they just didn't say or do anything until I kept calling every week. She finds my file and another month goes by and these people still haven't done anything!! Nothing!!!! I paid for the service up front gathered everything that was asked of me, I basically begged and pleaded for this to be taken seriously and completed and all I was met with we're excuses and very lame and dry promises to have it done soon. Their business practices are so unprofessional I had no other choice but to demand a refund and report to the better business bureau. Please heed my warning, the have no regard for your time nor money and I question their competence on the matter.

These two women knew exactly how to help me they know exactly what they’re doing and it probably comes from years of experience. They were very thorough and precise they gave me a time limit of how long it would take me to help me with my problem and they were able to meet the deadline. I’m so glad that I found this company. If you need to record expunged please do yourself a favor and check these two women out. Very good decision!

Barb is amazing. She works very hard to do what she can for everyone. I have learned, that not everyone can be sealed. If she for see's that, she would rather return your money. Dealing with out of state cases are more difficult, because now you have included an extra step and agency into the fold and lots of money and time for putting things together. This is a very small business that Believes instead of Judging people by their past, they stand by you to help you repair your future.

Staff very rude and unprofessional. Dont waste your money. The receptionist asked the social worker not to take my case because she did not like me as soon as I walked in the office.

I got my record sealed for 200 bucks and had all my filing fees waived. they started in August and here it is December and I have my letters in the mail. Barbara is very sweet and kind and did exactly what she said she would do for me. I am forever grateful I am not viewed as a criminal anymore . Thank you Barbara

They've been "working" on sealing my record literally for at least 5 years. Beyond ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to have real professionals do it right and in a fraction of the time for you. NEVER returns phone calls. Very unprofessional. After all that wasted time and money I ended up doing it myself anyway. Unreal!!
