The people in this office are amazing. They are nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. I had used another place like this on the west side of town in the past and they made mistakes and were very rude, but Linzy took the time to really lesson to what I needed and he went above and beyond. The only down side to this business is that they are hard to find, but the service that they provided was amazing.

I was nervous about using this companies services because I had a terrible experience with a paralegal on Charleston and Valley View, however I could not be happier. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and professional. For the service that he provides his prices are too low. This business is NOT NEVADA LEGAL FORMS but some off shoot that the owner, Jake Van Wagoner, feels that he can piggyback on a company good name for over 30 years for FREE. BUYER BEWARE. We have requested nicely that he changes his name and change his web site address but refuses to do so. Their have been reports that they claim that they are the original NEVADA LEGAL FORMS, but they are lying to you. If they cannot represent who they are correctly to the public can you trust them?

Beware This place is a complete and total scam if you're looking for legal forms please don't waste your time or money at this place!!! back in 2016 I came to them for some forms to move forward with a divorce I paid them $300 and once I fill out the papers I was supposed to pay them another $300 at the time me and my husband decided to try to work things out between us however the guy told us that we could always come back if things don't work out and the $300 that we already paid would still be valid and that we would only owe 300 more fast forward about a year-and-a-half later things didn't work out so I went back to move forward with the divorce thinking that it would only be $300 more but because they are lazy unprofessional and unorganized he couldn't find the file and documents from 2016 and then told me he does remember me coming in and us doing business together but because he can't find the file I have to start from scratch which means that he wants me to pay him $600 and the $300 that I already paid him is unaccounted for. I will never do business with them ever again they are liars scam artist and will do anything to get money out of you. We be contacting the better Business Bureau

Jake was absolutely amazing. So helpful- walked me through the process step by step for my first pro se family court motion. I had called almost every document preparer in the greater Las Vegas area and he was hands down the most polite, most helpful, and most knowledgeable. I would recommend not wasting your time calling other document preparers. Legal Forms Nevada is by far the best in town.

Came to this office based off a referral from a friend. Jake was highly recommended to help me with my Trust. I was greeted by Linzy who was extremely kind, understanding and caring when I told him that my spouse had just past and I needed help with navigating what to do with some documents.
After Linzy and I spoke for approximately 15-20 minutes, he introduced me to Jake who then reviewed by documents, Linzy's notes and ultimately helped me with my paperwork.

The reason I gave this place five stars is because of the reason. I had called around to several places. Asked if they had a notary they said yes but they didn't know when the person doing the notary would be in or if they would at all. I finally came across this place online and decided to call I asked if there was a notary. The guy on the other side of the phone said yes speaking. Then I asked when would you be available to do the notarization. He said I'll be here until 5p.m.. So I hopped in the car and went to the place that this guy was at the same place that I called no hassle to when he would be there. I got there and everyone was really nice and we got my paper notarized and for great price. I definitely recommend using this place if you are getting anything that notarized.
