Legal process was very efficient in handling my client's out of state service of process needs. All was done with courtesy.

I am a retired attorney from Illinois and had no prior experience with the Las Vegas small claims court. As an attorney, I believe I can sometimes tell when somebody is lying. I noticed three "one-star" reviews that I strongly suspect were made by a single disgruntled customer who simply used different email addresses.Namely, "Greg Byrd", "Josh Sturman", and "Antonio Thurman" all made negative reviews at the same time, and they all used the same identical erroneous language : "Please avoid at all cost." The correct expression is "at all costs"(plural).

Accordingly, I gave no weight whatever to these three suspect reviews. I can attest that Kim, the office manager, is very knowledgeable about the local procedures and she willingly answered all my questions before I even hired them to serve papers. She saved me time and effort and gave me good advice. The Sheriff and Constable cannot serve papers outside of Las Vegas County, but LPS was able to serve both of my defendants in Carson City within three business days.

Terrible professionalism with their servers, if you can even call them "servers". This company apparently lets their employee's visit addresses and verbally insult their families and act like they didn't do anything wrong. They also apparently judging from the other reviews take your money and don't actually put it to use. If you have a bald skinny man visit your home from this company then be careful because they might verbally insult your loved ones.

They will take your money and make little to no effort to actually perform the service you paid for.
