It was not helpful. Called several times before anyone answered then still couldn't speak with anyone. After calling several more times I was advised they only handle civil cases and aid victims in criminal cases. Could not help anyone accused of a crime. I guess you're guilty till proven innocent. Shouldn't Legal Aid be for all?
