I was in an accident for the first time, I got rear ended and didn’t know what to expect. As soon as the accident happened, a random lady came up to me at the scene and gave me a brochure for Halo Attorney’s. It was a weird approach but I went into the office anyways as I had no idea what to do or who to go to.

I met with the case manager, Ruby which was sweet and informative. The meeting was quick and I met the actual attorney (forgot name) for about two minutes or so, very brief.

I had no idea the difference between the case manager and the attorney at the time.

They referred me to a doctor’s clinic, I couldn’t get an appointment. I got referred to a different one, which was better. Then they told me to go to the chiropractor for sessions.

I’ve been with Halo Attorney’s for about 7 months now and I was never again contacted by the case manager or the attorney. I’m still going to my chiropractic sessions. As I said before, this was my first time experiencing this and I wasn’t pleased with the fact that they weren’t following up with me.

Not only that, I ran into a different attorney at my job and I told him what was going on. He said that they should have sent me to get an MRI first thing, which they didn’t. I’ve now switched attorneys (to the one I met at my job) and he got me an MRI which indicated a tear in one of my discs.

Halo Attorneys were just not thorough or communicative enough for me.

Everyone is very friendly, so far they have done everything they have said they will do. I get a call about every other day to update me on what's going on with my case. Highly recommend stopping by if searching for legal representation for auto accidents.

I had never needed a lawyer for anything in my life before, so when I got into an automobile accident the thing that scared me the most was not whether I was injured or how I would pay for a new vehicle but it was having to deal with finding a lawyer and get serious with the people who hit me.

Let me explain, I grew up in a very small town, and I come from a long line of people who never sued or pressed charges or went to court, even when they probably should have. I was raised to find an amicable solution or let things go, because accidents happen, and life shouldn't necessarily be an eye for an eye. I am not someone who wants things to get ugly and I was afraid that getting lawyers involved would take things down a dark road I wouldn't be proud of. Friends of mine would say that I could get a lot of money for what happened but Squabbling over money, greed, ruining others financial situations wasn't for me. After all, it's not like the people that hit me did it on purpose, it could have been me on the other end of things.
However I suffered some serious bruises and soreness and my vehicle was completely ruined beyond repair. I definitely couldn't afford a new one and didn't know what else to do.

A friend of mine, another lawyer in fact, referred me to Parviz A. Heshmati and arranged a lunch to go over what happened. I was anxious, I felt guilty but I went. Suffice to say, I'm glad I did. I would also like to add, that the reception, Daisy was unbelievably sweet, and again spoke with me like a friend. Relating to my situation and giving advice based on what she would do if she were me. It really makes a big difference to someone like me who is terrified with confrontation and making waves.

Heaven forbid I ever have another terrible situation where I need the services of a lawyer but If I ever do I will definitely return to this Law Office and certainly will recommend Parviz A. Heshmati to anyone.
