Dealing with Henness & Haight has been nothing short of a nightmare. My case took about 9 months from start to finish and cause be nothing more but added stress. They ended up pawning me off on a lower lawyer Trent Debraga. First, after my initial intake, they was completely now follow up from them. I ended up calling them to see why, turns out he called a different phone number that was even attached to my file. Second, the lawyer never included my wage loss for the initial request for compensation which caused the insurance company to give a very very low settlement offer. After jumping through many hoops from my employer, we finally came up with a very low ball settlement amount, which took multiple offers to even get. to. Not only did I not get the compensation I should have, they almost got as much as I did yet they did not do me my proper due diligence. I have two other people I know that also received very low ball offers from these lawyers. One of two things is happening, either they have too many clients to really care about them, or they are loosing credibility and just wanting to close cases quickly. When I went to pick up my settlement check, not once did they even apologize for the lack of follow up customer service or experience. I would never go back or suggest anyone to hire them.

Your life can change in a matter of seconds once you are hit by a drunk driver. I suffered neck and back pain, so needless to say I was scatterbrained after the incident. Henness and Haight took care of everything for me and made it all easy and stress free. They were extremely kind and attentive during the whole process.

I was in an auto accident as a passenger; got rear-ended as we were at a complete stop; waiting for a pedestrian to cross at the crosswalk. I found the entire office staff to be professional and helpful in every way. They demonstrated concern regarding me accident and spent considerable time and energy trying to come to a fair settlement. Generally, they kept me informed and up to date on my case. The accident 3/2014, I'm still waiting to get my settlement. They've had the insurance money for months.

Hennessy & Haight, but since there only going to make around $30,000.00 they really are not pursuing the conclusion as if there was $500,000.00 on the table.

A little over two years ago while in Las Vegas I tripped on an unmarked speed bump in the parking lot at a local grocery store and fell on my right hand causing an injury the required major surgery to my hand which in now and forever will be deformed.
