As an estate planner, I sometimes need to find colleagues in other states to assist with deeds. Such was the case with Kenneth Sondgeroth's office. His assistant Renae was extremely responsive and their professionalism showed in all the paperwork, including the closing of the file. The bonus was how affordable they were. I highly recommend.
