When my Mom sadly passed away this year, my siblings and I had agreed to employ Jeffrey Burr law firm to probate her estate. Since I live in New Jersey, I was concerned that this would be a very difficult process and that I would be travelling back and forth. My siblings and I had met with Corey Schmutz and Tracy West during the initial consultation when we were in Las Vegas; however, I worked with Tracy throughout the whole probate process.

Worst IRS Nightmare to a Dream come True!

Derek Hatch is an extremely knowledgeable and the best Tax Attorney in Nevada. I had a Nightmare IRS debt of $420,000.00 hanging over my head that was increasing every year. I was so overwhelmed, I felt paralyzed at the thought of tackling the problem. Derek was highly recommended by a friend which gave me confidence to make the call. I left our meeting able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. He devised a simple plan of action which I completed all the task required to submit an offer and compromise within 30 days....10 Months later I settled my entire debt for $7781.00.
