I would NOT recommend this firm to anyone. I believe the legal advice I received was at best basic. I needed a simple contract reviewed that was drafted by another attorney. I was informed it was poorly drafted and there were grammatical errors....the placement of a comma was improper.

I was seeking representation to ensure I was protected. I did not want to spend an hour discussing the redundant language in the contract and how he would have written it. I tried to ask questions and was immediately cut-off. Mr. James preferred to address the contract in the format he was accustomed to. Apparently, the customer does not come first with him. I am grateful he is not a physician his bedside manner is terrible.

I did consult another firm and received a completely different opinion. If you want to be overcharged and have someone litigate on your behalf over grammar, he maybe your guy.

The worse divorce lawyer ever, do not recommend to use him. He charged me for things he never got done, I had to beg him to send me itemized bills, the last $3000 I paid him on my c.c he took the money and did not represent me, so I paid him for doing nothing, and will not refund me the money! He did not communicate with me, had to chase him to get answers. He did not do anything we agreed on, the worse lawyer ever, plus he is got very weird personality the least to say, every time I meet him to discuss my case he will talk about his other people's cases instead of concentrating on my case, a way of distraction, then he will charge me $350 for an hour meeting!
The worse lawyer ever, don't even know how he became a lawyer. Gave him one star because I had to.
Shame on you taking advantage of a hard working single women, at least make your money the honest way not by stealing from single hard working women, obviously you are not capable of making honest money since you are horrible at doing your job.

Mr. James is a great attorney. Peter assisted me not only in my divorce case but also in my following custody cases. He worked with me due to my financial situation that I had after my divorce. Peter fights for exactly what you ask him to fight for. If he feels you are wasting your money, he will shoot straight from the hip and let you know where you stand.

A lot of people say an attorney is a crooked person who works only for themselves and to take your money but Peter stands against that rule. Also, Mr. James has a fantastic office with a beautiful coffee machine in the lobby. You can't beat that. Coffee while you wait!

I would not recommend this lawyer. He charged me three times more than any other good experienced lawyer and refused to fight for what we discussed in the consultation. He railroaded me in my custody case.. neglected my interests and charged me a very very expensive fee in doing so.

Peter goes above and beyond, very professional, & is honest. He worked on my case for a couple years. He always kept me informed in a very timely manner. He made a very hard time in my life much easier.
