Draskovich tried to extort us for an additional $40,000 after already having us pay $7,000 just to walk into court for the pretrial without getting any of the charges dropped--one of which was a major felony without any evidence supporting that he said he could get dropped easily. Other attorneys said the case should only be $15,000-$30,000 total. He never wanted to see us and never knew who we were when we did meetings. He was never invested or interested in the case either. Robert seemed like he relied on his "connections" to get things done. He also suggested we hire a PI who never did a thing andd with $3,000 we didn't even have to spend. We were referred by a guy in a similar case who said Daskovich was the best, but this guy is a seriously an overhyped POS who took advantage of our fear of what would happen "if." If I could give this guy 0 stars, I would. Save your money and use a public defender or a different attorney.
