I retained Randolph Law Firm 3 years ago to resolve an outstanding IRS issue that I could not fix on my own. My case involved two different businesses and personal matter which was a complete nightmare. Mr Randolph was extremely patient and explained the entire process to me step by step so I was comfortable throughout the long process. In the end I was able to resolve my tax debt for less than 10% of what the IRS said I owed. I'm finally able to sleep again and it feels amazing.

I had a pretty complex tax case at hand. Jordan handled it for me incredibly professionally. The fees weren't high, and I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to deal with it and resolve it. Will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

I originally was influenced by all of the glowing reviews to go with them for some tax issues. After over a year of payments and nothing getting done, rude, lazy and unprofessional employees.

They took a stressful situation when I was sick and desperately need of help and made it worse. I believe deliberately to try and take advantage of me and the situation. Took many payments totalling several thousand dollars and basically gave me the run around for over a year.

He wanted to charge me $50,000 to do an Offer In Compromise with the IRS. You’re not reading that incorrectly, yes, 50K when the average rate nationwide is around 4-5 thousand. This is very common information all over the Internet while Taylor told me, “I don’t know where you looked but that’s not the case” LOL this guy is completely unscrupulous!

I don’t know where all the positive reviews came from but I find it very suspicious to say the least. So if you’re looking for a tax attorney you’re probably in many cases at least somewhat desperate. Then you read a bunch of reviews (like I did) and possibly fall into the hands and a greedy predator (like I did) who’s sizing up the situation isn’t in your best interest but theirs. So they can take the first look and figure out how to get the most possibly money out of you instead of promplty trying to take care of the situation for a fair and reasonable amount of money.

My experience with this place was pathetic, I feel like I’m going to throw up just typing this.

This firm is worth zero star! Reviews are overrated and some are employees reviews. I came to this firm for IRS audit. Mr. Randolph did not solve the main problem of causing the audit. They charged $7,500 which is a waste of hard earned money and waste of time.

Believe the hype, this is the best Tax Firm and Taylor Randolph is the best tax and bankruptcy attorney around, hands down. There's no two ways about it!

I had been battling with the IRS for years and it caused so much stress in my life I was ready to quit any work and become a bum. He made it possible so I could continue making the income that I made and help me get rid of all IRS troubles. Even when other attorneys said otherwise and left me with no recourse except to pay the IRS $2950 each month! I am not sure what magic Taylor performs, but it's magical for sure! I once owed the IRS $261,708 and now I can say I am fully free if any IRS taxes owed. I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello from kara. i asked about doing taxes and kara told me the tax professional was out to lunch. kara did start the taxes, but had to go to the back office for a question and came back with Sheryl the tax professional, who ended her lunch early just to help me.Sheryl took my information and quickly and accuratly finished my tax report. sherly explained everything to me in detail until i understood. that made me feel sherly had my best interest. sherly also gave me tax tips for the upcoming year, that i will use. i will be back next year!
