Very disappointed with their services. Did not stand up for me in court, sounds like she didnt know what she was doing. I went late March signed my contract and paid 1000 down. Court ordered her to get me some very important paperwork which i never received. My first payment was due may 15 2019 and i recieved 3 letters and multiple phone calls in april asking for a payment. Her office staff is clearly unqualified and i think she bites of a little more than she can chew with her cases. Overall, horrible experience and professionalism. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Very disappointed, not competent ,because of her we have a lot of stress and our case became messy, probably when you going for first time in her office, that's the only moment you going to see her ,just to sing contract and take your money, after that she transfer you to her assistant and you can't expect help.

After a bitter breakup with my ex girlfriend, she refused to let me see or speak to our daughter in over a year after she found out I was in a new relationship. She'd only return my frequent texts regarding visitation by saying HORRIBLE things about me and my new girlfriend. She spread HORRIBLE rumors about me to anyone that would listen. I just kept thinking that she was hurt and with time all things would heal. They didn't. I assumed as adults that myself and the woman I spent 10 years of my life with would be able to work custody and child support etc, outside of court. I offered her double what child support maximum was just to stay out of court. I thought she had a good heart. I was wrong. From there things got worse and worse.
I didn't listen to africas advice at all. She told me to file a motion immediately. I didn't. I let more and more time go by. Making things harder on myself. After over a year I couldn't wait any longer. Africa told me to ask for primary. I didn't listen to her. Bad idea. She told me to not just agree to everything. I didn't listen. Still thinking that as long as I took the high road everything would work itself out between myself and my daughters mother. I was wrong.
I had a new daughter with the woman I was with. Although it was over 2 years later, she was only out to punish me even more after she found out.
She knew I was a good person and a good father and would always protect our child. It didn't matter.She hired one of the most expensive attorneys in Las Vegas.(Kainen law) They had a team of lawyers and owned their own building. They bled her for every penny they could get and were VICIOUS. They were the typical attorneys that lack any moral compass and will do or say anything to win. And in the process string court and paperwork along as long as possible to bleed clients for every dollar they can get. (Africa couldn't be further that, as a human being or a lawyer ) They used our child as a weapon. The court forced visitation. She tried to make it happen through donnas house (a place drug addicts and convicts see their kids) under visitation. She claimed I was a drug addict, an alcoholic, a criminal. She said I physically abused our daughter. She hinted that I sexually abused our daughter She called cps, got a 30 day restraining order etc etc She told me that she just did what her attorneys advised. It was probably 50/50. I volunteered for blood and drug testing. She spent over $1500 on tests alone. They hired a specialty dr (dr levy)that did a blood liver test that could supposedly could detect if you had more than 2 drinks in a single night in the last 3 months. I assumed that since they paid him 1500 he would side in their favor. He didn't. I passed all tests. Dr levy is an honest dr. Thank god. Next they said my new girlfriend was all the same horrible things. She made up every possible lie that she could think of. She made every pickup and dropoff a living hell. (I broke an iPhone with all of past text messages and pictures etc.) I was becoming so stressed by all of it that I didn't give her enough time to prepare for court etc. Yet everytime we had to go to court (many times), Africa fought for me as fiercely as a lioness defending her cubs. Africa is intelligent and articulate and brilliant in the courtroom. Everytime I left court I was in awe of how she (personally) won battle after battle in court. Africa is moral and would never tell you to lie to win,or string you along for extra money. Africa is kind and honest and fair. However don't be fooled by her sweet disposition. She's an absolute warrior in the courtroom. After going thru hell and having everything stacked against me...Against impossible odds. Africa got me joint custody.No child support and my ex had to pay my attorneys fees!THANK YOU AFRICA!!!!

After multiple attempts to reach her I decided to try one last time, the very pleasant and helpful secretary that answered was the only good part. Aside from that, my conversation with Mrs Sanchez seemed to be very one-directional, without putting any attention to the reason for my call she began demanding I cease wasting her time, without going into detail I honestly can say I was very patient and understanding of her frustration, (maybe I wasn't explaining myself correctly), after being cut off time and time again and she finally explained that if I didn't agree to her terms I was simply wasting her time, she showed me a final display of professionalism, with that the call ended with what seemed to be a common practice for Mrs Sanchez to use almost like a negotiation tactic. I wasn't rude if not very understanding , I never spoke when she was speaking nor did I stop expressing my concern of why we were talking in the 1st place("the children"), Ive known and met my share of people in law enforcement, and the judicial system, but I must say this experience is defiantly in the top 5 worst, my suggestion Mrs Sanchez; weather someone is a client or not, treating people with respect makes everyone's life easier, especially during a time where the frustrated one, should have been me.I hope you take this as a wakeup call rather than a putdown, because that fire you showed was a good thing just at the wrong time.
