Went in for an initial consultation and was extremely nervous. As soon we got to talking, I felt more at ease. She’s extremely personable, listened to everything, and was able to provide great feedback. With my situation, it may be handled without legal proceedings (I am trying to be one step ahead) and she encouraged trying to go that route. She wasn’t pushy to retain her, like a lot of firms, and I was happy that the one who would possibly represent me, was the one I met with, not a legal assistant or someone else. If I have to go through situation with legal representation, I will certainly be retaining Regina!

Regina asks you to give her a positive review at the time of consultation prior to doing any actual legal work. After she gets her 5* review, be prepared for over billing and a lot of excuses. I got charged 2.5 hours for 5-10 min of her time in each of 4 separate hearings, and she bills $100 for shooting off one sentence emails even after I asked her to schedule face to face one hour meetings to get my money’s worth. She’s not a lawyer, she’s a con artist out to make a dollar on vulnerable people in a time of need.

Ms. McConnell and her staff are very warm and welcoming. She is quite knowledgeable and helpful. The timing and costs are very reasonable.

I met with Ms McConnell today and she was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable in discussing my potential case. I went in not knowing what to expect from the Nevada law aspect and she was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the information, options and direction that I needed.
