Horrible experience, I think all they reviews are fake. I went there today for my 1pm appointment. After sitting and waiting 25min in the lobby, assistant comes and take me to a room where I would have my consultation and she got some of my information. She said attorney will come in a few minutes. After sitting in the room for 35-40 minutes without any attention, apology or anything, I left and got my money back.

If I pay for your service and I have a scheduled appointment, at least come and say sorry it will be a while or something. Nobody has time to wait and sitt there for hours without attention, and even asking money for that. I dont know how you are still in business.

Make plans to spend hours in there, even for a 5min consultation!
