I was in an accident with my girlfriend in the beginning of last year. Our experience with Benson & Bingham has been amazing. I was in a different accident when I first moved to Las Vegas a few years ago and was represented by a different firm, and the difference in care and attentiveness is evident. During this God forbidden event, I was ambulanced to the nearest hospital and found myself a week later with growing medical in-depthness, of which I had no idea of how to manage, control and let alone pay.

June 3rd, 2017 was the day my life changed forever. I was leaving work early in the morning on my Harley when someone with complete disregard for the well being of others turned in front of me. The next few seconds seemed like forever as I thought my life was over. I impacted the SUV directly breaking my pelvis and shattering everything from the left knee down.

Two days later after I was done with surgery I laid there wondering how I would get through this. When I initially called the insurance company of the other driver they made me feel as if it was my fault and it could take months to sort out and make a decision. I was ready to crawl in a hole and disappear. My father called around to attorney after attorney until finally one gave the impression that she cared about what had happened, and he was right. Dana P. Oswalt didn't consult us looking for a paycheck, but truly cared about what had happened and wanted what was best for me.

Once I arrived home from the hospital Dana and my case manager Cassidy came to the house. I gave them the facts of what happened and I could see the compassion in their expressions. I signed papers and that was the smartest decision I could have made and the key to my recovery.

I want to share my experience with the Law Firm of Benson & Bingham this last year. Last year I was visiting a Henderson Park and two dogs owned by two separate owners were running together in this park and crashed into my side as I stood talking to someone in the park. They hit with such a force that it broke 3 bones in my leg and ankle. At 62 these were the first broken bones I'd ever experienced. The surgery and recovery period took 3 months with Physical Therapy lots of help from family and friends. This is the single most painful experience of my life and laying on a couch for 2 1/2 months was awful.
After 7 weeks the owners of the dogs did not come forward. I had two separate friends recommend the same Law Firm of Benson & Bingham so that was enough for me. I called and was given attorney Dana Oswalt to represent my case. At the time of our first meeting I was in so much pain I could hardly function but her honesty and clarity about my case and how she planned to proceed put me at ease.

This law firm is absolutely wonderful. I started my case while I was living in Reno, they were referred to me by a friend. They worked hard to help me get everything organized from insurance and my doctors. Ashley was fantastic. Always had to time to talk to me about what was happening with my case. When one of the doctors offices started sending me to collection despite the lien they agreed to, Ashely stayed vigilant on making sure they corrected the issue.
