I was in my first car accident last year in April. I was referred by my family member who uses Adam Kutners office. Bryan Ali was in chagre of my case. They insure i got the help i needed with my car accident. They referred me to a chiro doc and many more that helped with my condition. I was pleasantly surprised with the settlement offer. They return phone call and messages on a timely manner. I highly recommend going to Adam Kutner law firm office. They are very professional and care the needs of all clients.

I went to this office for a speeding ticket since they gave a client VIP card for free traffic ticket representation. I called them to make sure it was true and they said yes just come down with the ticket. When I get to the office they said they needed a 15 day notice and that I was 1 day late. They never mentioned this over the phone when I called and doesn’t state that on the so called VIP client card.

They took my case for a few weeks n then dropped me and when I asked why and they said I had a broken wrist in 20 years n a claim. Comepetely false I have lived in vegas 23yrs n never broke a bone. They led me on for weeks.

Very disappointed we didnt get treated fairly and they made no effort to help us.I had to chase them down for any info.We wore not at fault for this car accident and we suffered.As well only at my back therapy appointment I found out they dropped us.Im still fighting the medical bill's and lost

If you have an out of state claim, don't waste your time because they're only licensed here in Nevada even though I was told by subordinates that this firm could handle it. I was asked to basically do the leg work by calling the insurance company myself. After a month of shoddy representation I called and asked them for a tally of the hours that they had spent on the case right before I was going to fire them. They couldn't even get me a rental car.Lucky for me they withdrew and i got another attorney. A month later I was able to add a second case from an accident with Uber which carries a million dollar policy. I'm sure Mr Kuttner is a nice person and I dont have anything to bad say about him or his reputation but his legal team sucks and they are basically amateurs looking to cash in on your pain and suffering.

Very disappointed for this office. To make an extremely long story short Adam kutners office took on my case out of a different state under the intent they would be able to take care of our legal needs. When the statue of limitations came close and no settlement was made the office withdrew from couple because they weren’t licensed in the state of my case. Let put the cherry on top that they withdrew 3 months before I could file a lawsuit. Where did that leave any room to seek new council. I do not recommend going to this firm as they have no regrets when it comes down to the last draw. You would want someone that would be willing to follow threw and civil sue the driver if it came down to the end.

Moving to Vegas has been a roller coaster.  Earlier this year i got into a wreck and needed an attorney.  I had never used one in the past but my co worker recommended Adam. Glad she did.  The staff were friendly and professional. Even when i was hard to deal with Miss Erika reminded me why i chose this office to represent me. Now that this is over i can move on with my life.

When this all started I was given the impression it would only take 3 months, I’ve never seen any company work so slow to get you the help you need. I was hardly ever called with updates I always had to call their office, I guess it’s because my case was minimal, my accident was in April and am just now signing my documents for release of the payment, I asked how long should it take and the lady told me anywhere from 1-3 weeks!!! On a normal day it does not take that long to get a check to someone, I’ve never seen a “professional office” so very slow at what they do and not keeping me updated. Let’s see how long it takes to receive the final settlement from 9/20/2019
