Just terrible. Lady who answered the phone when I initially called was very rude. Rushing through any questions that I had. When I explained a little more of my situation, she laughed. Literally laughed at what I was going through. TERRIBLE!

Worst consultation ever. The "lawyer" that I spoke to was just speaking at me the entire time and was unable to make eye contact with me which made me uneasy from the start. She wouldn't let me speak or look at the evidence I brought in. I finally had to cut her off and tell her to let me speak, then she sure made eye contact. All she did was refer to a tenant case that she lost which she said was similar and thats why I probably wouldn't win. But how do you even know it's similar if you won't even look at my evidence. Complete hustle just so they can make a quick $100.

I was in need of a consultation for a tenant rights situation. I Was charged $100 for 22 minutes. I was insulted at the tone, attitude and condescending manor to which i was spoken to. I was made to feel like i was up in court against her not as an ally in my situation. I was treated with Zero empathy and care. I paid for time to be heard and to get help. I now feel victimized even further out of money. Delicate situations where a person has gone through trauma need empathy and patience. I do not recommend this law firm.

Waste of time. Needed an eviction filed today and said she would type it up and call me back. Several hours later, no response and now they closed. By the time I get this filed next week and the constable gets there, my tenant will get a free week. Find another attorney.
