I have had the pleasure of knowing Leah Martin now for at least 10 years. I had always heard she was a good attorney, but it wasn't until I referred her to a client of mine that I really got a sense of just how good she really is, and just how much she cares for her clients. One of my clients had a particularly difficult situation. She was the primary care giver for her Father, who was dying with ALS. Two of her siblings were in charge of her Father's estate, and when it came to light that they were miss managing her Fathers' finances by using them for personal use, and she questioned them, they made a move to declare their father incompetent, remove her from being his primary care giver, and wanted to put their Dad in a "home" until he passed. This way no one could contest what they did with his estate. Knowing the situation I referred my client to Leah. To say this was a difficult situation, fraught with tremendous emotion, would be an understatement. My client's Father simply wanted her to continue taking care of him, and wanted to dye at home, not in a nursing facility. Leah was able to represent them, and to accomplish what they wanted under very difficult and emotional circumstances. They were so grateful I referred her to them, and most importantly my client was allowed to continue caring for her Father, and he was able to remain at home.
