He my attorney on my case from a drunk driver that hit me broadside

I was openly lied to by the attorneys at this firm. Something didn't sound right so I called the court to find the actual reason why my case wasn't moving forward, turns out my attorney, Rebecca told the court it was MY FAULT and that she had not received any documents from me...whoops wrong Rebecca! Rebecca not only received the documents, she sent me back the text thanking me for sending them so quickly. When I questioned her about this, she REMOVED ME FROM HER REPRESENTATION......because she was caught lying to her client(Me) AND to the court. This law firm is unethical and unprofessional at the highest level. They do NOT care about you, your case or anything other than what they can collect FROM your case. Take your time and find a better attorney who will fight for you in court and not tell " Vegas" tales.

Run away as fast as you can. Crooks, incompetent and lazy.

I saw all the great reviews, so I thought hey , this would be a great place to go to and get help about my accident. NOT . I called in the morning because I received a txt telling me give them a call. I call and the receptionist was very rude and nasty with me. I’ve never had to get a lawyer b4 , so this was my first time. I’m explaining and she was just completely rude as if I’m wasting her time. Very unprofessional!!

Burt Brown is amazing attorney!!! I did not have much hope for help after I was injured at work.I had xrays and an MRI. I received conflicting reports from the doctors. Some were sympathetic to my pain, other down played it. Burt Brown took the time to deal with the opposing attorney and the insurance company. He had to send them multiple calls, letters and faxes. He took the time to explain what was happening even if he was just waiting for a response. It took some time but because of he dilagence an acceptable agreement was finally reached. It was more than I even imagined. Burt Brown never gave up on my case or me. I would recommend him and this law firm to everyone. Burt has been with Ed Bernstein for 25 years. When I received my check he told me about how I could reopen my case if my injury causes me problems in the future. Burt Brown is an amazing attorney.

A personal injury accident is usually very stressful and resolving all of the problems that arise as a result compounds the stress. In times like this it means a lot to be represented by people who understand what a person is going through . At Bernstein and Associates I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. I had a lot of questions and had no idea how much is involved. Cecile worked hard to negotiate my settlement. I would not have been able to do this on my own. I would not suggest having this firm represent you for social security issues. My beef is with David Moore not Edward Bernstein.

A friend of mine had a hearing and was denied. I read through both the medical evidence, brief their counsel wrote, and audio recording of the hearing. I am helping them appeal with the appeals council since this firm seemingly decided to give up on their client.

During the hearing the attorney didn't even ask the claimant relevant questions. I got a " I don't care vibe" from the line of questioning. Zero cross examination.

I am sure Ed Bernstein is great with auto accidents and his other target fields of law but I would avoid this office for social security claims.

Had a horrible experience with this law firm. I was being represented by one of their lawyers for my personal injury case. Months went by of having to do physical therapy treatment, during which time I received minimal contact in regards to updates. I was later advised that a different lawyer was assigned to my case and was assured there would be no issues. My case was dropped by that lawyer just a month shy of the statute of limitations to file a case. It turned out they never even moved forward. Finding another lawyer to pick up my case was disastrous and I was left with unpaid medical bills. Not to mention having to pay for future treatments for my injury out of pocket as well. I definitely recommend against this firm!

All I have to say is JOE YOU ARE AWESOME! he really NEVER gave up on my case when I was ready to quit he was just getting started. I highly recommend this office.

Lady on Charleston pulled out of a shopping center for no reason and clipped two cars and then slammed into my truck. T-bone my truck. Neck and back in pain. Ed Bernstein has been handling the case. Only thing is I wish they woukd expedite my case a tad bit faster. Been in a 4 week limbo. Ill keep you updated on any progress.

Run run run away as fast as you can. Went through 5 attorneys in less than a year for Workman comp case. They can't keep staff. Then fired us as a client because I called them out on their wrong doings.

If you’re fight promenade comp DO NOT GO THROUGHT THEM!! They’re the worst lawyers I’ve ever seen!! They wanted nothing to do with me in the beginning and middle!! They avoided my phone called and no call back until I moved back to Las Vegas from Michigan! I have spoken to many lawyers and should have switched but I didn’t want to pay two lawyers!! So if I were you I’d take my injury to a better law firm!! My deposition sitting in front of my lawyer David Moore and the attorney for homeowners was such a waste of time the lawyer David Moore was playing with his phone swing it around, and nothing to say the whole time I was talking to their home owners lawyer! Then the threats came through if I didn’t sign for the vocational buy out, meaning workmen comp pays for me to find a different job opportunity, then the homeowners would be put on the back burner! They’re the worst attorneys to have in Las Vegas!! They take over half and here I am suffering from the pain and not able to find a job!! Take your LAWSUIT some place else where!! They may win but will take more of the %! They’re greedy and don’t truly help you! I had to find my own way to my appointments even though they told me workmen comp would help, in other words I had to get ahold of my workmen comp nurse sarah to help me! They do not get back to you until it’s pay day for them!! I really wish I would have taken my lawsuit elsewhere!! I even told them about my back, they truly didn’t care even thought that could have been more money in their pocket! Honestly I wished I’d picked some other law firm and had better lawyers backing me, then some greedy aholes that only cared about their pockets!! They didn’t care I missed one appointment thank heaven I called the doctor and got another appointment schedule before the ten days or workmen comp would have dropped it! The Edward M Bernstein’s group supassed my expectations. They were always in communication with me via phone calls, emails, and letters. Everyone was amazingly nice through the whole time they were representing me. I received the medical care I needed and helped me settle with the insurance company. A special thanks to Bart at the office for helping me wrap up my case quick and smoothly and always keeping in touch with me. Had a difficult case to win, not because of the facts of the case but because of the at fault driver and his insurance company. It took them 2 years to get the case won... not settled and to get payment. They never gave up and were kind, empathetic, professional and courteous. They returned phone calls and mailed updates on the case anytime something new happened. God forbid I ever need an attorney again I'll go to them.

Our MVA case was handled very well. Mr. Bernstein's legal assistant came to our home to complete paperwork & we were referred to the proper medical professionals for post accident care. We received great care and made good recoveries.

We were kept informed of our case's progress regularly. Legal issues take awhile to resolve; ours took 10 months but the outcome was positive.

Our case has been resolved to our satisfaction & the cash settlement was fair. The legal staff was great to work with.

My industrial injury case was denied by the insurer, I was hurt and needed help. After reviewing my options I decided to go to the offices of Ed Bernstein, they took my case without previous appointment or making me wait (this is something that I really appreciate). I didn’t realize how much legal exchange is done in a workman's comp case however they were on top of all the paperwork very diligently, point me in the right direction in regards to determination letters, appeals, hearings, doctors and finally surgery. I want to express my gratitude to all involved in my recuperation; Dr. Vater, Alika Angerman, Travis “Bart” Brown and the whole team @ Ed Bernstein.
My advice? If you are injured at work and you claim is denied get a lawyer, these cases are really complicated and experience is a must for positive results. Insurance companies will fight you on every step of the way, if they can get away with no paying something… they will.

I absolutely loved my experience with them. I started out with a different lawrys office and after a month I switched to Bertsteins and right away they got started on a check for my truck that was totaled. They did more for me and my mother in a week then my first lawrys office did in a month. They also kept in contacted with us frequently instead of us having to call them to find out the status of everthing. I'm satisfied with the amount of money I received and I highly recommend going to them.
