Recently, I received a Notice of Intent to Deny letter from USCIS regarding my I-485 application for my Thai wife. I contacted attorney Robert West and he immediately reviewed our case. He then advised what material we needed to collect for submission to immigration services. He submitted our evidence along with a professional, detailed cover letter to the USCIS. Robert is a rude, condescending a**hole who will get on the phone and start talking down to you instead of finding a way to help you. He's inflated with self importance and acts like you're should feel fortunate to be listening to his god-like advice. And if you don't listen to him "you better not return crying back to him" He's rude to the degree of making you want to vomit.
