I am a military veteran on disability and SS and when I went in for my first appointment I explained to him that I was on SS and had bought a small Travel Trailer to live in down here in the Valley. That I had been married to a Mexican National that I had not seen in 14 years I am so disgusted with this lawyer ! He was a complete failure! He showed up to court and came up to me before we went in and said, This is a mean judge be careful of what you say. He then left before we entered the courtroom telling me to TEXT him when the judge came in. WI went in and waited for him but when he came in he sat on the opposite side of the court room with a blank look on his face for the approximately 30 minutes we waited for the judge. I sat there and watched every other lawyer come in and sit and counsel their clients like I would have expected this lawyer to do but he did NOT. He sat on the other side never speaking to me. We went in front of the judge and because I own a travel Trailer (I told him my whole story when we first met) The judge turned me down because I own the trailer and he claimed I never told him (when did you ever go to a lawyer and not tell them your story?) Then told me he quit and I would have to re-file after he GUARANTEED me that my divorce would be no problem. SO DON"T BELIEVE HIS GUARANTEES!
