Very disappointing experience with this tax atty. After paying initial upfront fee of $1500, we got very little in return and ended up doing our taxes ourself and dealing directly with the franchise tax board to resolve our issue. We feel like they didnt take our issue seriously because there wasnt much $ to be made from us, at least that's the only explanation we can come up with. It was a incredibly stressful situation for us, one we thought a tax atty could help with, but in the end they only made it more difficult. In the end we are out $1850, and resolved the issue ourselves.

Called for help with real estate, after over 10 minutes of telling this to the call center, she kept sending me to a tax specialist. I told her multiple times I need a real estate lawyer, not a tax one. She refused to listen to me. What a bunch of morons they have directing your calls.
