For my situation I had to have two different cases and two different branches within the office. Ted Kreit was amazing for my case. Very professional, took the time to answer my questions and would go out on a limb to fix the issues I had with my other lawyer at this office for my second case. He is 5+ stars and WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE. He did everything possible in understanding my medical concerns, treatment options and how to support my ability to seek care. I had a very poor experience with the Workers Comp side, which is why I knocked off one star. First I would like to point out I never stopped working, my case had a very different type of unusual injury and I needed a very different type of treatment that even stumped my regular doctor. It ended up working out, however the Worker’s Comp paralegal tried to help as best she could to answer and assist with obtaining payments for my providers, this was not the case with the assigned attorney. I was very very disappointed with my worker’s compensation lawyer, she never answered questions and had very poor costumer service. She didn’t meet me at scheduled hearings, she never prepped me for questions or even return a phone call working with her for over three years. This is where Mr Kreit stepped in with working his case and my worker’s compensation case (behind the scenes to help establish payments and whatnot). Not only did he do his work but hers as well! If u need a personal injury attorney definitely give him a try. He will do the work that needs to be done, explain things, weigh options and give you honest legal solutions. Mr. Kreit thank you very much for all your help. I truly believe you helped save my life to help me obtain medical treatment. The pain was excruciating trying to continue to work, raise young children, and a special needs child. Thank you for participating in me getting better care for me and alleviating stress based around things that should have been covered. You were definitely a part of a team process and I appreciate now being able to seek the medical treatment I need on my own terms.

Contacted Grossman Law Offices seeking representation for my WC claim. I spoke to several individuals at the office without success. After reviewing all reviews on google, I can honestly say that I am grateful not having obtained representation. For those who pay attention to reviews you could see that most reviews are done directly by Grossman's staff pretending to be actual clients. How sad is that.......

The first person that answers the phone was polite and we both understood each other...however the person that was doing intake( gathering information ) was asking questions and repeating herself, sounded rushed and was asking me to speak up ..at one point I was yelling at the phone spelling my name all she said was ..."ummm ok, ok ok how do u spell your name please?"
