I’ve had a couple client closing on homes with these folk. I’ve tried that other place we all know—their West Ashley office. It was a bad experience for my client and me. I went because I thought it would be helpful to have a place close to where the client lived. I won’t make that mistake again. Butler & College have given my clients great service, from when they are greeted upon walking in to when they are sitting at the table signing the plethora of papers. They make sure my clients are informed and make it as painless as possible.
