Weeks & Irvine has handled my closings for 16 years. They always get the job done. They are great!

They caused us to lose our buyer. They said we had the wrong signature on a lien released when it was actually the correct signature. They also like to brag about how many closings they have....Do not go with this law firm!

Closed on our Dream Home here. Great staff, extremely friendly.
Called to ask a simple question to Christy in regards to a closing and she was very rude, dismissive and short over the phone. The office in Summerville was very friendly when we worked with them previously, but the Goose Creek office seems to be a totally different tone and level of service. Would never use this office.

Had a great experience overall with house closing and customer service. Even more than a year after closing when I needed to chase down a copy of paperwork our builder failed to provide at closing, Heather and Becky took initiative, did research for me and confirmed the final answer with the builder. I appreciate y'all much!

In my opinion, the only thing that ISN'T 5 star about this company is the lone...Kristi Davidson! My husband & I had two closings with Weeks & Irvine prior to the one on Tues., Oct. 3., and practically had no setbacks, attitudes, etc. From Mark, on down to everyone else, was GREAT!! However, dealing with Kristi on closing day wasn't so great.:( The first time we spoke seemed OK. She said she would email the HUD statement, and told me to call if I had any questions. Well..I had q's. I called back after looking everything over, mentioned to her that the fees were off compared to what I was quoted a month ago, and I also had questions regarding another charge. Kristi then told me, "Well, that's not what I have!" I tried calmly explaining what had been discussed regarding the fees, and then, with a little attitude, she cuts me off and says, "You'll have to speak with (the real estate agent) about the charge, and I'll have to personally speak with (...) regarding the attorney fees!" I totally didn't understand the tone in her voice, as I was just trying to get business done. Turned out that THEIR fees, AND the other charge, had to be corrected on the HUD! We had a second conversation that day, so that I could make sure everything was good to go with the paperwork before closing. I asked if my husband's name would be on the deed-as the agent had put his name in the contract-and she told me, "No, it won't be on there, 'cause that's not what I have!" Well, she wound up having to correct THAT TOO! I fussed at her because of her tone, and she blamed ME for the way she was treating me! I don't go around recording all my business meetings & things, but the moment someone's unprofessionalism becomes unbearable for me, THERE STARTS THE RECORDING!! Long story short, when I questioned her tone, etc., a few of the things she spewed out that were recorded were, "That's your issue, not mine", "I don't owe you anything", "I don't know you..you're just a client", "We've gone over & ABOVE what we're supposed to do"-almost as if to say the fees quoted to me were a HAND OUT? There may be some who have had a more pleasant experience with Kristi, but I can't figure out why in the WORLD she behaved this way with me!
