They made everything a smooth transition from person to person

Horrible experience. This company prepared the title paperwork for one of my clients. The client provided a check for closing the amount included prepaid yearly homeowner insurance. They refuse to provide a check on the day of closing for homeowner insurance. This resulted in the client not having homeowners for more than a week. They were more concern with placing the money in their account instead up putting the client needs first.

My BC experience was very refreshing. They were very professional yet, relaxed and informal. I have never imagined that a Closing could go so quickly and smoothly. First of all, many things were handled in advance, so by the time of closing everything is simplified. I was allowed to sign the way I have always signed my checks rather than having to match my birth certificate exactly. They answered questions during the process so that I felt safe and comfortable. The surprise was that they had pictures of my house on the screen with comforting messages like "Welcome to your new home." There will also pictures of my realtor and the whole team that made it all possible. During the closing for my prior two homes I felt like I was about to have a nervous breakdown. However, with BC they made every effort to make sure I was relaxed, comfortable, informed about what I was signing, and even pampered. Thanks BC! You're the best.

We had closed on our first home with this firm. The closing associate we were assigned worked incredibly hard during a strange situation (the sellers were out of the country permanently) and ultimately got us the results we were hoping for. Our closing attorney, Brandon, was incredibly courteous and friendly and explained things in a very relatable manner. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend this firm to facilitate your closing. They are wonderful here. Plus, Every Thursday they have custom cookies brought in to celebrate so if you can, close on a Thursday. You won't be disappointed.
